Frequently Asked Questions
● What is Fine Art Print?
A Fine Art Print is the highest standard of printing, used in galleries and museums to showcase artwork in its full glory. Your photographs or artworks are printed using archival pigment inks on premium fine art papers by brands like Hahnemühle, Canson, or Epson. This results in prints with exceptional color depth, sharpness, and longevity.
💎 Why choose Fine Art Print?
- Top-quality papers – 100% cotton, with a beautifully textured or smooth surface
- No optical brighteners – for a natural, authentic white tone
- Heavyweight paper – luxurious feel and durability (e.g. 315 g/m²)
- Archival pigment inks – colors remain vibrant for decades
- Stunning detail and deep blacks, enhanced by modern technologies like WhiteWall SuperResolution or ultraHD
🖼 Example: Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta
This paper combines cotton fine art paper with a barium sulfate coating. It has a gently textured surface and a high-gloss finish that brings out rich colors and contrast—without harsh reflections. Ideal for showcasing photography and art with precision and elegance.
● More Configuration and Materials
In addition to Fine Art Prints, it is possible to custom order prints on other types of materials, such as Acrylic Photo Prints, Metal Prints, Framed Prints, Canvas Prints, and Photo Paper Prints.
These options are not commonly available, because each photo needs to be carefully adjusted for the chosen material and type of ink. This is important to make sure the colors and details look exactly as they should. Different materials reflect light differently and can slightly change how the photo looks, so we first check and fine-tune everything on a screen that simulates the final result — this step is called soft proofing.
You can explore all available options on the official WhiteWall website.
● What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on several factors — most importantly on the destination country, the material chosen, and the size of the print. These influence how long it takes to produce, package, and ship your order.
On average, orders are delivered within 3 to 14 working days, with most arriving in about 6 days. Please note that delivery times refer to working days (Monday to Friday).
You’ll see the estimated delivery time for your specific order during checkout and in your order confirmation.
